ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #11764 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MAZOMAN IE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Cormercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Government Lot #4, i n Section 23, Town of Mazomanie, T9N, <br />R6E, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of CT4 "Y" <br />and <br />the East line of said <br />Government Lot #4; thence <br />S 87° 44' W, <br />497.91 <br />feet; thence S 02° 23' <br />E, 110 feet to the point <br />of beginning; <br />thence <br />continue S 02° 23' E, <br />218.89 feet; thence N 84° <br />39' E, 202.43 <br />feet; <br />thence N 02° 23' W, <br />218.00 feet; thence S 87° <br />44' W, 202.16 <br />feet more or less to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 1, 1976 <br />
