ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1768 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CHR.ISTIANA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited. Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Christiana, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 2; thence S 000 <br />08' W, 467.29 feet to the South right-of-way line of State Farm <br />Road; thence Northeasterly 550.59 feet more or less to an iron <br />stake on said South right-of-way line; thence Southwesterly along <br />said South right-of-way line 147.0 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence South 538.66 feet more or less; thence West 180 feet; thence <br />North 180 feet; thence East 80 feet thence North 348.66 feet more <br />or less to the South right-of-way line of State Farm Road; thence <br />Northeasterly along said South right-of-way line, 100 feet more <br />or less to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 1, 1976 <br />
