ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1777 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BTIRKF <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of Outlot #138 of Assessor's Plat #l, Section 3, Town <br />of Burke, described as follows: <br />Beginning a point on the South line of STH #19 that is 324.73 <br />feet Easterly of the Northwest corner of Outlot #140 of said <br />Assessor's Plat l; thence Southerly at right angles, 200 feet: <br />thence westerly 110 feet more or less; thence S 01° 48' E, 56 <br />feet more or less to the Northeast corner of Outlot 4143 of <br />said Assessor's Plat #1P thence Southerly along, the East line <br />of said Outlot #143, 59.15 feet; thence S 86° E, 233.8 feet <br />more or less; thence Northerly a right angles 300.5 feet to' <br />the South line of STH #19; thence westerly along said south <br />line 131.43 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: August 23, 1976 <br />
