(b) Lots or building sites for residential purposes or for combined business and re- <br />sidential uses shall comply with the requirements of the R-4 Residence District. <br />(c) Buildings offering retail services shall be limited to 3,000 square feet of floor <br />area for each business. <br />(5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall comply with the pro- <br />visions of Section 10.17. <br />(6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) For buildings to be used exclusively forbusinesspurposes no side yard shall be <br />required for interior lots; provided, however, that if a business building is built on <br />a lot adjacent to a lot or parcel zoned residential, then such business building shall <br />provide a side yard equal to that which is required for the building on the adjacent <br />lot. <br />(b) For residential buildings, or buildings to be used for combined residential and <br />business purposes, the side yards shall be the same as in the R-4 Residence District. <br />(7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) For buildings to be used exclusively for business purposes the minimum depth of <br />any rear yard shall be then ten (10) feet. <br />(b) For residential buildings, or buildings, combining residential and business uses, <br />the minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet. <br />(8) OFF-STREET PP -IRKING <br />(a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 10.18. <br />(9) SCREEMNG PROVISIONS <br />(a) On lots adjacent to or abutting land in a residence district, the screening pro- <br />visions of Section 10.16 (8) shall be complied with prior to the issuance of a Certifi- <br />cate <br />ertifi- <br />cate of Compliance. <br />Repeal Section 10.10 and recreate to read as follows: <br />10.10 RE -1 PDCREAUONAL DISTRICT <br />( 1) PERIVI<I"1'ED USES <br />(a) Golf courses, golf driving ranges that are not lighted -and operate only during <br />daylight hours. <br />(b) Boat, canoe and snowmobile rental services. <br />(c) Sale of bait for fishing. <br />(d) Ski slopes and jumps, toboggan slides. <br />(e) Residences for an owner or caretaker of a permitted use in the RE -1 District. <br />(f) Tennis courts and archery ranges that Qre not lighted and operate during day- <br />light hours. Tennis courts, handball courts, racquetball courts that are enclosed <br />within a building <br />(g) Uses incidental to the operation of any permitted use. <br />(h) Utility services. <br />(2) CONDITIONAL USES <br />(a) Recreational camps, camp grounds and camping resorts along with the services <br />and facilities necessary to serve the premises. All such camps shall comply with <br />the standands established in Chapter H 75 and H 78 of the Wisconsin Administrative <br />Code o r a s amended. <br />(b) Golf courses, and golf driving ranges that are lighted and operate at night. <br />(c) Outdoor tennis courts and archery ranges that are lighted and operate at night. <br />(d) Rental of residential buildings to someone other than an employee or care- <br />taker on the premises. <br />(e) Sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink. <br />(3) BUILDING HHGZ TT LMT <br />(a) For residential dwellings 2 1/2 stories or 35 feet. <br />
