- 6 - <br />Create a new 10.01 (llb) to read as follows: <br />(llb) CLINIC: An office or building in which dental, veterinary, medical or parame- <br />dical services are provided on a out-patient basis. Such services as laboratory, <br />X-ray and first aid services may be provided. <br />Create a new 10.01 (13a) to read as follows: <br />(13a) CONA1TIEL The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning Planning & Water <br />Resources Committee of the Dane County Board of Supervisors or any other committee <br />of the Dane County Board of Supervisors delegated with the responsibility for <br />zoning matters under Chapters 59.97, 59.971, 87.30 and 144.26 of the Wisconsin <br />Statutes. <br />Create a new 10.01 (14a) to read as follows: <br />(14a) CONSTRUCHON EQUFNIENT: Shall include but not limited to tractors, both <br />wheeled and crawler types, graders, end loaders, scrapers, bull dozers, cranes, <br />back hoes, drag lines. trucks, including dump, stake body or semi -trailer to -boys <br />of more than 2 1/2 ton capacity, "cherry picker" vehicles and air compressors. <br />Any of the aforementioned equipment that is used in connection with a farm opera- <br />tion and is not leased or contracted for use on any other property shall not be <br />considered construction equipment. <br />Create a new 10.01 (14b) to read as follows: <br />(14b) DAY CARE CENTERS: A place or home which provides care for four or more <br />children under the age 7 years for less than 24 hours a day and is licensed as <br />provided for in Chapter 48.65 of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br />Create a new 10.01 (15a) to read as follows: <br />(15a) DRIVE-IN ESTABLISUN4F TT: An establishment of the "drive-in" type is one <br />which accommodates motor vehicles from which the occupants may obtain or receive <br />the service or obtain a product which may be used or consumed in the vehicle on <br />the same premises or is one which accommodates motor vehicles for the purpose of <br />fueling or providing minor services for such vehicle. However any restaurant or <br />food establishment in which facitlities are provided for patrons to consume the <br />products therefrom in a motor vehicle while on the premise or any such establish- <br />ment or any such establishment which is primarily designed to allow patrons to con- <br />sume the product therefrom in a motor vehicle on the premises shall be considered <br />a drive- in establishment, All such establishments shall operate pursuant to a <br />conditional use permit secured from the Committee. <br />Create a new 10.01 (18a) to read as follows: <br />(18a) EXIFM)ED CARE FACILITIES: A nursing home which is certified by the State <br />of Wisconsin under the Federal Social Security Act to care for patients under the <br />Medicare Program. <br />Create a new 10.01 (22a) to read as follows: <br />(22a) HOSPITAL: An institution providing health services, primarily for in -patients, <br />and medical and surgical care of the sick and injured, including as a integral <br />part of the institution, such related facilities as laboratories, out-patient de- <br />partments, training facilities; central service facilities, and staff offices. <br />Create a new 10.01 (30a) to read as follows: <br />(30a) MAJOR REPAIRS 'TO NDICR VEHICLES: Repairs and over -hauling of motor or <br />engine parts, drive train assemblies, braking systems, body and framerepairs <br />and replacements, refinishing and painting, wheel alignment. <br />Create a new 10.01 (24a) to read as follows: <br />(24a) KFNNQ_S: Any lot or parcel of land on which are kept more than three dogs <br />for any purpose. <br />Create a new 10.01 (30b) to read as follows: <br />(30b) MINOR REPAIRS 'TO MOTOR VEHICLES: Replacing or repairing of electrical com- <br />ponents, tires, changing or replacing coolants and lubricants, cleaning and polish- <br />ing, wheel and t i r e balancing. <br />
