(8) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) For residential buildings, the minimum rear yard shall be not less than <br />50 feet. <br />(b) Accessory buildings for the housing of pleasure horses shall be located <br />not less than 50 feet from any rear lot line. <br />(c) Other accessory buildings shall be located not less than 10 feet from any <br />rear lot line. <br />(9) SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR THE KEEPING CF PLEASURE: HORSES I N THE RH-1 RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT <br />(a) POPULATION CF PLEASURE HORSES. <br />1. There shall be permitted the keeping of 2 pleasure horses for the first <br />2 acres of land and one additional horse for each full additional acre of <br />land. <br />(b) PROVISIONS <br />1. Pens, yards, corrals, pastures or any area in which pleasure horses <br />are kept shall be adequately fenced to prevent the straying on to pro- <br />perty other than that of the owner. <br />2. Keep all run off water that is polluted with animal wastes from <br />reaching adjacent land and usable or public waters by diverting it to a non- <br />critical area of pond (lagoon). <br />3. Manure shall not be stored so to create an insect, vermin or odor nusiance <br />for any adjacent property owner. <br />EFFECTIVE: October 30, 1976 <br />
