ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1801 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DUNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of —Dunn be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Dunn, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 16; thence S 881 <br />00' W, 1,177.80 feet along the East-West quarter line; thence N 020 <br />13' F, 684.85 feet: thence N 86° 49' 14, 33 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning: thence N 02° 13' E, 200 feet; thence S 86° 49' E, 200 feet; <br />thence S 02° 13' W, 200 feet; thence N 860 49' W, 200 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 22, 1976 <br />
