ZONING ORDINANCE AMENM T NO. # 18 0 3 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />P T'I'C HBTTRr <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows-- <br />That <br />ollows:That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchbura be <br />amended to include in the 13-1 Local Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the Lot 425, of the Plat of Maxnle Lawn Heights located in <br />Section 3, of the Town of Fitchburct, described as follows: <br />Beainninc-r at the T�Torthwest corner of said Lot #25; thence Southeasterly <br />along the Northerly line of Lot #25, 217.5 feet: thence Southwesterly <br />at right angles 100 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles 217.5 <br />feet to the Westerly line of Lot #25; thence Northeasterly along the <br />westerly line 100 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 27, 1976 <br />
