ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 41811 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLMTD <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the A—B Asriculture—Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Rutland, described as <br />follows: <br />commencing at the NW 1/4 corner of said Section 32; thence N 88° <br />55' 01" E, along the North line of Section 32, 779.88 feet; thence <br />S 310 05' 51" E, 1535.04 feet to a point on the Southwesterly right- <br />of-way line of U.S.B. 14 and the point of beginning; thence S 31° 05' <br />51" E, along said right-of-way 116.80 feet; thence Southeasterly along <br />said right-of-way line and a curve to the left whose radius is 1173.00 <br />feet and whose chord is 266.10 feet and bears S 37° 36' 37" E; thence <br />S 440 07' 23" E along said right-of-way 511.38 feet; thence continue <br />along said right-of-way along a curve to the right whose radius is <br />187.87 feet and whose chord is 103.78 feet and. bears S 28° 05' 25" E <br />to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of S.T.M. 92, thence S 49° 23' <br />36" W, 301.43 feet along said right-of-way; thence Southwesterly along <br />said right-of-way along a curve to the right whose radius is 1382.39 <br />feet and whose chord is 505.50 feet and bears S 59° 55' 48" fid; thence <br />North 1,216.34 feet; thence N 860 09' 03" E, 38.78 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 7, 1976. <br />
