ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1964 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />ROXBURY <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be <br />amended to include in the R-2 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sf Section 21, Town of Roxbury described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 21; thence S 89° <br />54' 52" W, 1318.90 feet; thence S 0° 31' 14" E, 544.0 feet to the point <br />of beginning; thence N 890 54' 52" E, 165.00 feet; thence S O1° 31' 14" <br />E, 94.00 feet; thence S 890 54' 52" W, 165.00 feet; thence N 0° 31' 14" <br />W, 94.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: September 24, 1977 <br />
