ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1973 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 10; thence S 88° <br />49' 20" W, 31.29 feet; thence S 09° 21' 15" W, 150.99 feet to a point <br />of curve; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a 3144.2 foot radius <br />curve concave to the East whose chord bears S 08" 27' 20" W, 98.62 feet <br />to the point of beginning; thence continue Southwesterly along said <br />3144.2 foot radius curve concave to the east whose chord bears S 05° <br />42' 08" W, 203.53 feet; thence S 03° 50' 51" W, 281.95 feet; thence S 02° <br />36' W, 154.47 feet; thence N 87° 05' 39" W, 223.39 feet; thence N 03° <br />56' 01" E, 455.03 feet; thence N 36° 36' 50" E, 224.27 feet; thence <br />S 860 10' E, 104.52 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 5, 1977 <br />
