ZONING ORDINANCE AVIENIMAENT N0. #1979 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />VIENNA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be <br />amended to include in the RH—I Rural Homes District <br />the following described land <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SSV 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Vienna, described as <br />follows= <br />Lot #1 of certified survey map #2399 as recorded on page 288 in <br />volume 9 of certified survey maps in the Dane County Register of Deeds <br />Office. <br />Also: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Vienna, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 27; thence West, <br />1318.90 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West 66.00 feet; <br />thence N 00° 34' 48" E, 661.94 feet; thence S 89° 57' 56" E, 66.00 feet; <br />thence S 00° 34' 48" W, 661.90 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: December 13, 1977 <br />
