ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #1988 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />YORK <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SN 1/4 of Section 16, Town of York, described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 SN 1/4; thence East <br />641.6 feet; thence N 11° W, 254.9 feet; thence N 55° W, 240.4 feet; <br />thence N 89° W, 387.2 feet to the West line of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence <br />South along said West line 390.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: November 25, 1977 <br />
