ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2004 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial <br />the following described land: <br />0 <br />District <br />Part of the W1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Cross Plains, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />The East 110 feet of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #1343 as re- <br />corded on page 304 of volume 5 of certified Survey Maps in the Dane <br />County Register of Deeds Office. <br />This amendment shall become effective, if within forty (40) days, <br />following adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors, the <br />owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br />running in favor of Dane County as well as owners of the land: <br />The premises may be used only for an electrical contracting busi- <br />ness. <br />EFFECTIVE: j :,R 15 VOW <br />
