ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2022 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />BURKE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial & Licrht Mfcr. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Burke, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 12; thence <br />S 85° 58' W, 313.4 feet; thence North parallel to the East line <br />of said Section 12, 730 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />continue north parallel to the said East line, 100 feet; thence <br />East 50 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West 50 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: March 24, 1978 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
