ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2025 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CRUSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Cross Plains, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 21; thence <br />N 900 00' W, <br />1327.54 feet; <br />thence N <br />001 34' 11" W, 560 feet; <br />thence West <br />80 feet to the <br />point of <br />beginning; thence North 100 <br />feet; thence <br />West 180 feet; <br />thence <br />South 60 feet; thence East 80 <br />feet; thence <br />South 40 feet; <br />thence <br />East 100 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FEBRUARY 24, 1978 <br />
