ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2041 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />WINDSOR <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Windsor, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #3 of Block 6, of the <br />Plat of the First Addition to Sunset Meadows; thence N 00° 19' <br />W, 153.38 feet; thence S 88° 30' E, 85.80 feet; thence on a curve <br />to the left whose radius is 230.00 feet and has a chord which <br />hears N 87° 48' 22" E, 29.45 feet; thence S 00° 19' E, 152.28 <br />feet; thence West 115.06 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: March 24, 1978 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
