ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2047 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of be <br />Sun Pra?riA <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #3 of Certified Survey Map #2343 as recorded on <br />pages 207 and 208 of volume 9 in the Dane County Register of <br />Deeds Office, that is located in parts of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and <br />the SV 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Sun Prairie, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 43; thence S 000 <br />43' 24" E, 275 feet; thence East 325 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning; thence S 45° W, 180 feet thence S 45° E, 120 feet; thence <br />N 45° E, 180 feet; thence N 45° W, 120 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: April 27, 1978 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
