I ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT #2.93 Amending the Dane County Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 10) The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain as follows: 1. Amend ss 10.25 (4) (a) to read as follows: (a) Fees for permits for new single family homes and duplexes shall be $5.00 plus eerflpeted at the rate e€ $0.02 for each square foot of floor area incc uc�se- ments and attached garages. Measurements to be made using outside dimensions. When computed the amount shall be rounded to the nearest dollar. 2. Amend ss 10.25 (4) (b) to read as follows: (b) For all new construction except for single family and Iduplex residences; for ad- ditions and alterations to existing buildings and buildings used for agricultural purposes that because of locational requirements a Board of Adjustment permit is required. Cost of construction shall also include the cost of mechanical equip- ment but not manufacturing or processing machinery or equipment, the fee shall be computed as follows: For the first $1,000 of construction cost ............................ $3788 $10.00 For each addition $1,000 of construction cost ........................ $1.00 3. Renumber ss 10.25 (4) (c) and (d) to (d) and (e). 4. Create a new ss 10.25 (4) (c) to read as follows: (c) Special exception permits to place fill in a shoreland or flood plain area ....... ...... $25.00. S. Amend ss 10.25 (5) (a) to read as follows: (a) Petitions to amend the Zoning Ordinance and applications for Conditional Use Permits.............................................................. $50.00 6. Create a new 10.25 (5) (a) 1. to read as follows: 1. A town board may, on a one time basis, submit a petition to change the zoning classi- fication of various lands within the town to implement a town land use plan without the necessity of submitting a filing fee as provided for in (a) above. It shall be the responsibility of the town board to notify land owners whose land will be affected by the proposed changes in the zoning district boundaries. 7. Amend ss 10.25 (5) (b) to read as follows: (b) Mineral extraction permits and renewals ............................. 25.00 8. Amend ss 10.25 (6) (a) to read as follows: (a) Applications for Special Exception Permits and Variance from the Zoning Ordinance ...................................................................... $23-68 $50.00 9.
