ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2199 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Light Mfcr. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #1666 as recorded on Page <br />15 in volume 7 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County Register <br />of Deeds Office and is located in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21 <br />Town of Cottage Grove, more fully described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot ##1;thence N 0311 13' <br />W, 421.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 860 47' W, 310.0 <br />feet; thence N 03° 13' W, 300.0 feet; thence N 86° 47' E, 310.0 feet; <br />thence S 03° 13' E, 300.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE F ,vF �o i9l6' <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
