ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2210 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />FITCHBURG <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the AB Agriculture Business District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lots 12 and 13 of the Plat of Maple Lawn Heights, and a <br />part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and a part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br />of Section 3, Town of Pitchburg, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 3; thence <br />S 86° 22' 57" W, 2,732.5 feet to the center of said Section 3; thence <br />S 850 42' 01" W, 37.36 feet to the centerline of CTH "D" and the point <br />of beginning: thence N 340 02' E along said centerline 438.08 feet; <br />thence S 550 58' F, 282.52 feet; thence South 408.47 feet; thence <br />West 450.06 feet to the North-South auarter line of said Section 3, said <br />point being 206.5 feet, S 020 13' 17" W, from center of said Section; <br />thence N 690 54' 22" W, 162.35 feet to the centerline of CTH "D"; thence <br />N 340 02' E along said centerline, 186.60 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FE5, 9 E %9 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
