ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 22-15 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the RH- 1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/'4 of Section 35, Town of Verona, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said <br />Section 35; thence S 881 46' 30" W, along the centerline of Sunset <br />Drive, 1307.0 feet; thence N O11 31' W, 1855.0 feet; thence N 880 <br />49' 40" E, 611.58 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 88° 49' <br />40" E, 625.88 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of CTH PB; <br />thence N O1" 50' W, along said Westerly right-of-way line 285.70 feet; <br />thence S 87° 11' W, 626.30 feet; thence S 02° 03' 20" E, 267.74 feet; <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: _' u' `°t I ` E97" <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
