ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2217 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 �,F- 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Rutland., described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence <br />East along the North line and the centerline of Town Line Road <br />672 feet; thence South atright angles 33 feet to the South line <br />of said Town Line Road and the point of beginning; thence East <br />along said right-of-way 100 feet; thence South at right angles 200 <br />feet; thence West parallel to said North line 100 feet; thence North <br />200 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: F Z-3, 0 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
