ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2220 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />` ONTROSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Plontrose be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Montrose, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 5; thence <br />N 000 38' 17" E, 1134.0 feet alonq the East line of Section 5 <br />to the point of beginning; thence N 861 44' W, 1071.48 feet- <br />thence N 04° 57' 45" W, 256.70 feet; thence North 554.30 feet to <br />the line fence; thence S 87° 27' E along the line fence, 389.40 <br />feet; thence S 86° 45' 28" E, 714.05 feet to the East line of <br />said Section 5; thence S 00° 38' 17" W, 823.19 feet to the point <br />of beginning; also, beginning at the Northwest corner of the above <br />described parcel; thence N 87° 27' W, 1524.9 feet; thence S 00° <br />49' 41" W, 66.04 feet along the Northsouth quarter line and the <br />centerline of Speedway Road; thence S 87° 27' E, 1140.0 feet more <br />or less; thence S 351 E, 650.0 feet more or less; thence N 04° 57' <br />45" W, 25.0 feet more or less along the West line of the lands pre- <br />viously described; thence North 554.30 feet along said West line <br />of previously described lands to the point of beginning <br />EFFECTIVE b'WR 17 1,979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
