ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2231 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br />amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Rutland, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 27; thence <br />East 33 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br />North along the East right-of-way line of Center Road 390 feet; <br />thence East parallel to the East-West quarter line 327 feet; thence <br />North 225 feet; thence East 125 feet; thence South 225 feet; thence <br />West 125 feet; thence donf-inue West 327 feet to the East right-of- <br />way line of Center Road; thence North along said East right-of-way <br />line 1240 feet; thence East 1287 feet more or less to East line of <br />the W 1/2 NW 1/4; thence South along said East line 1630 feet to <br />the East-West cxuarter line; thence West 1287 feet more or less to <br />the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE° <br />1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
