ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2 238 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />OREGON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot ill of Certified Survev Yap #2206 as recorded on pages <br />464 and 465 in volume 8 of Certified Survey Maps in the Dane County <br />Register of Deeds Office and is located in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br />Section 16, Town of Oregon, more fully described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot #1; thence S 04° <br />35' 49" E, 200 feet; thence S 86° 21' 42" W, 100 feet; thence N 04° <br />35' 49" W, 200 feet; thence N 86° 21' 42" E, 100 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: MAR 17 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
