ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2244 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PLEASANT SFR.INGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 16; thence <br />N 84° 38' 20" E, 1,655.68 feet along the East-West quarter line <br />to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 020 38' <br />50" W, 660.73 feet; thence N 84° 38' 20" E, 915.37 feet to the <br />West line of County Trunk' -Highway "N"; thence S 030 29' 20" E, <br />299.35 feet along said West line; thence S 840 38' 20" W, 467.50 <br />feet; thence S 05° 21' 40" W, 115 feet; thence S 78" 09' 48" W, <br />426.04 feet; thence S 02° 38' 50" E, 198 feet; thence S 84° 38' <br />20" W, 36.07 feet to the point of beginnina. <br />EFFECTIVE: [ sated 17 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
