ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2259 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of <br />COTTAGE GROVE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the C-2 Commercial & Liaht Mfa. District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #1666, volume 7, page 15, <br />located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21 Town of Cottage <br />Grove, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #1; thence N 3° 13' <br />000 W, 421 feet; thence S 86° 47' 00" W, 390 feet more or less; <br />thence S 30 13' 00" E, 430 feet more or less; thence N 840 46' 20" <br />E, 390.85 feet to the p6int of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: MAY 14 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
