ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2280 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be <br />amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 28; Town of Westport, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said. Section 28; thence N 89° <br />30' 02" E, along the North line of said Section 28, 308 feet; thence <br />S 000 29' 58" E, 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br />S 000 29' 58" E, 263 feet, more or less, to the North right-of-way <br />line of CTH "K"; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way line <br />approximately 141 feet to a point that is 135 feet at right angles <br />from the West line of this parcel; thence N 00° 29' 58" W, 263 feet <br />more or less; thence S 89° 30' 02" W, 135 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: JUL 17 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
