ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2282 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />MONTROSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Hames District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Montrose, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the South quarter corner of said 27; thence North <br />1912.30 feet along the East line of the SW 1/4 and the centerline <br />of STH 969 to the point of beginning; thence continue North along <br />said East line and centerline, 545.62 feet; thence S 89° 29' 30" W, <br />328.88 feet; thence S 00° 00' 20" E, 95.20 feet; thence S 011 25' 30" <br />W, 447.50 feet; thence East 340.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: AUG 3.1 1979 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
