ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 22g4 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts in the Town of I ITI -- BURG The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be amended to include in the R -3A Residence District the following described land: Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Fitchburg, de- scribed as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #53, of the Plat of the First Addition to Highwood Hills; thence S 00° 02' 03" W along the West line of said Lot 053, 142.92 feet to the Southwest corner there- of; thence N 89° 57' 57" W, along the North line of Tudor Drive, 151.36 feet to a point of curve; thence along the arc of a 15.0 foot radius curve to the right whose long chord bears N 44' 46' 11" W, 21.29 feet to a point on the East line of Norwich Street; thence N 00° 25' 35" E, along said East line 84.90 feet to a point of curve; thence continue along said East line on the arc of a 186.0 foot radius curve to the left whose long chord bears N 06* 14' 12" W, 43.16 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #197, Second Addition to Wildwood South; thence S 89° 57' 57" E, along the South line of said Lot 0197, 170.49 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #53, First Addition to Highwood H i 11 s and the point of beginning.
