ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2532 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />I�1[� IC' , <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Fitchburg be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />y <br />the following described land: <br />Part of Certified Survey Map #359 as recorded on page 124 in Volume <br />2 of Certified Survey Maps and is looated in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of <br />Section 36 of the Town of Fitchburg, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said lot; thence N 890 56' 20" <br />E, 175.3 feet; thence N 080 01' 20" E, 27.0 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning; thence S 86° 30' W, 60.0 feet; thence N 030 30' W, 56.0 feet; <br />thence N 86° 30' E, 60.0 feet; thence S 03° 30' E, 56.0 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: OCT s 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
