ZONING ORDINANCE MIENDMENT x#2536 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors do ordain: <br />That Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances be amended as <br />follows= <br />1_ Create a new 10.123 (3) (f) to read as follows: <br />(f) Ham occupations as defined in 10.01 (25) of this ordinance. <br />2. Repeal 10.10 (1) (a) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(a) Recreational facilities including but not limited to golf courses, golf <br />driving ranges, tennis courts, archery ranges, and baseball diamonds, <br />provided that i f located outside of a building they shall not be lighted <br />to operate during the hours of darkness. <br />3. Repeal 10.10 (1) (f) . <br />4. Renumber 10.10 (1) (g) and (h) to (f) and (g) . <br />5. Repeal 10.10 (2) (b) and recreate to read as follows: <br />(b) Recreational facilities including but not limited to golf courses, golf <br />driving ranges, tennis courts, archery ranges and baseball diamonds, that <br />are located outside of a building and are lighted to operate during the <br />hours of darkness. <br />6.
