ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2556 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be <br />amended to include in the R-4 Residence District <br />a <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 22 and a part of the NE 1/4 <br />NE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Westport, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 22; thence N 38° <br />38' 30" W to a point on the Southwesterly right-of-way line of West- <br />port Road and the point of beginning; thence S 51° 21' 30" W, 378.60 <br />feet; thence Southwesterly 385 feet, more or less, to the Northeast <br />corner of a lot, the Northerly line of which is on the extended South <br />line of Lot #35, Brickson Park, thence West along said extended line <br />to the East right-of-way line of Brickson Park Road; thence Northerly <br />and Easterly along the East and South right-of-way line of Brickson <br />Park Road to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Westport Road; <br />thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly right-of-way line to <br />the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: NOV 18 1980 <br />i4S- 1 1 (?/7R) <br />;a <br />r <br />EFFECTIVE: NOV 18 1980 <br />i4S- 1 1 (?/7R) <br />
