ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2569 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MEDINA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commerr-ial District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 15; thence West 66 feet along <br />the centerline of Waterloo Road; thence S 01' 04' 36" E, 1014.45 feet along <br />the West line of Certified Survey Nbp No. 1655 to the centerline of Maunesha <br />Drive; thence continue S 01° 04' 36" E, 208 feet more or less to the point of <br />beginning; thence continue S 011 04' 36" E, 175 feet more or less t o the North <br />right-of-way line of S.T.H. 19; thence Westerly alonq said right-of-way line 540 <br />feet more or less to the centerline of"Maunesha Drive; thence North 160 feet more <br />or less along said centerline; thence East 133 feet more or less; thence North <br />60 feet more or less; thence N 75° E 80 feet more or less; thence North 110 feet <br />more or less to the centerline of Maunesha Drive; thence Northeasterly 140 feet <br />more or less along said centerline; thence Southerly 170 feet more or less; <br />thence Easterly 215 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: DEC 15 19861 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
