ZONING ORDINANCE AM30VEVT NO. 2576 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />CDTTacF_ cH JyE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Cottage Grove, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence WeS.t <br />along the South line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; 120 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence continue West along said South line 240 feet; thence North 150 feet; <br />thence East 240 feet; thence South 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This amendment shall become effective if within sixty (60) days, following <br />adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the owner or owners of land <br />shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well <br />as the owners of the land: <br />The premises may be only used for aircraft repairs and testing. <br />EFFECTIVE: j1110"! % U I981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
