ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2578 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts i n the Town of ALBION The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the R-1 Residence District 4 the following described land: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 27 and a part of the ISE 1/4 I,E 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Albion, described as follows: To R-1 Residence: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 34; thence S 89° 45' 25" W, 535.91 feet along the North line of said Section 34 to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 00° 45' E, 166.61 feet to the Southeast comer of Certi- fied Survey Map No. #2845; thence S 63° 26' W along a South line of said Certified Survey Map, 343.47 feet; thence N 50° 12' 40" W along the Southwesterly line of said Certified Survey Map, 326.27 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of Old "73", a town road; thence S 39° 56' 20" W along said Easterly right-of-way line, 307.85 feet; thence S 00° 40' 50" W along the East right-of-way line of U.S.H. 51, 363.93 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way line, S 00° 02' 45" E, 780.12 feet, thence N 890 41' 15" E, 741.96 feet; thence N 00° 45' E, 1154.33 feet to the point of begin- ning of this description.
