ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2583 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be <br />amended to include in the RE -1 Recreational District <br />y <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/4 of Section 2, T8N, R6E, and part of the S 1/2 of Section 35, <br />T9N, R6E, Town of Mazomanie, described as follows: Beginning at the South quarter <br />corner of said Section 35; thence North 2683.3 feet to the center of said Section <br />35; thence East 2137.7 feet; thence South 1330 feet; thence West 800 feet, thence <br />South 700 feet; thence East 150 feet; thence South 637 feet, more or less, to the <br />South line of said Section 35; thence continue South 100 feet; thence East 450 <br />feet; thence South 550 feet, more or less to the North line of Dunlap Hollow Road; <br />thence Southwesterly along the North line of said road 1360 feet, more or less, to <br />the Southeast corner of Lot #2, of Certified Survey Volume 11, Page 128; thence <br />N 07° 51' W 190.6 feet; thence S 85° 59' W 148.0 feet; thence North 800 feet more <br />or less, to the North line of said Section 2; thence West 450 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE= a ER 3, 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
