ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2585 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />DUNKIRK <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the &V 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town <br />of Dunkirk, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at <br />the West quarter corner of said <br />Section 16; thence N 89° <br />42' 28" E, <br />758.79 feet to <br />the point of beginning; thence <br />N 05° 30' E, 440.0 feet; <br />thence <br />N 890 42' 28" <br />E, 485.0 feet; thence S 05° 30' <br />W, 440.0 feet, thence S <br />89° 42' 28" <br />W, 485.0 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FEB 2 7 1931 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
