ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2590 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />WESTPORT <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be <br />amended to fnclude in the Rx -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Westport, described as follows: Be- <br />ginning at a point on the South line of said Section 31 that is 160.744 feet East of <br />the Southwest corner of said SF_ 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East along said South line 248.904 <br />feet thence North parallel to the West lineof said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 700 feet; thence <br />West parallel to the South line of said Section, 248.904 feet; thence South parallel <br />to the West line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 700 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This amendment shall become effective, if within forty (40) days, following adoption <br />by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the owner or owners of the land shall record <br />the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as owners of the <br />land. <br />The only livestock that may be kept on the property shall be either pleasure horses <br />or ponies. <br />EFFECTIVE:',' e -s2 l0 1991 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
