ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2598 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of sun Prairie <br />be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the RV 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said RV 1/4 NW 1/4; thence South along the West <br />line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 181.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br />South along said West line, 159.25 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the North line of <br />said RV 1/4 NW 1/4, 209.0 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the West line of said RV 1/4 <br />NW 1/4, 159.25 feet; thence Westerly 209.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FEB 16 1,981 <br />545-11 (2./78) <br />
