ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDYENT N0. 2607 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DANE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be <br />amended to include in the PczidP-n District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of <br />the S&V 1/4 W 1/4 <br />of Section 27 and part of <br />the NW 1/4 <br />NW 1/4 of Section <br />34, <br />Town of <br />Dane, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the <br />Southwest <br />corner of said sec- <br />tion 27; <br />thence N 00° 41' <br />19" E, 133.81 feet; thence <br />S 851 44' <br />00" E, 157.71 feet <br />to <br />the point of beginning; thence <br />S 85° 44' 00" E, 100 <br />feet, more <br />or less; thence S <br />O10 <br />22' 17" <br />W, 205 feet, more <br />or less; thence N 820 00' <br />33" W, 100 <br />feet; thence N O10 <br />22' <br />17" E, 193.33 <br />feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: FEB 16 1981 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
