ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2609 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />M®INA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be <br />amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture District <br />the following described land: <br />A part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Medina, described as follows: Com- <br />mencing at the South quarter corner of Section 15; thence N 87° 17' 18" E, 731.95 feet <br />along the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 15, to the point of beginning, thence <br />continue N 87° 17' 18" E 603.43 feet along said South line; thence N 01" 32' 55" E 2479.71 <br />feet along the East line of the W 1/2 SE 1/4; thence N 53" 07' 48" W 76.04 feet along the <br />Southwesterly right-of-way line of Boxelder Road; thence continue along the right-of-way <br />line of said road on a curve to the right, the radius is 483 feet, the long chord is N 51° <br />28' 29" W 28.75 feet; thence S 40° 17' W 24.00 feet along the Southeasterly boundary of <br />Outlot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 3235; thence S 01° 32' 55" W 508.52 feet; thence S 15° <br />14' 49" W 2118.86 feet, to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: 17-3 16 1931 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
