ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2621 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zonina Districts in the Town of SPRINGFIELD The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Springfield, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 and the centerline of S.T.H. 19; thence North along said East line 330 feet; thence West at right angles to said East line 800 feet thence South parallel to said East line to the centerline of said S.T.H. 19; thence Easterly along said centerline to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 60 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be recorded is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Certified Survey Map #3663, Document #1700218, recorded in Volume 15, Pages 63 & 64 of Certified Survey Maps, on March 18, 1981: Part of the NW 1./4 NW 1/4, of Section 12, Town of Springfield described as follows: Com- mencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 12; thence N 86° 31' 52" E, 1334.94 feet; thence S 02° 17' 32" F,, 907.67 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 020 17' 32" E, 317.0 feet to a point on a curve; thence along the arc of a curve con- caved Southeasterly having a radius of 3820.0 feet with a long chord bearing S 860 31' 42" W and a distance of 131.01 feet to a point of tangency; thence S 850 32' 45" W, 629.46 feet; thence N 02° 17' 32" W, 343.44 feet; thence 14 87° 42' 28" E, 760.0 feet to the point of beginning.
