ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2441 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />P LE As AN'?' SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SV 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Pleasant Springs, <br />described as follows: <br />Lot #1 of Certified Survey Yap #903 as recorded on page 139 in volume <br />4 df Certified Surveys and also the following described parcel; begin- <br />ning at the Southwest corner of said Lot #1; thence S 58° W, 45.0 feet; <br />thence N 32° W, 150.7 feet to a point on a meander line; thence N 57° <br />59' 20" E, 40.63 feet to the end of said meander line; thence S 33° 39' <br />35" E, 150.77 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel includes all <br />land lying between the shoreline of the Yahara River and said meander <br />line and the extension of the side lot lines to the water. <br />EFFECTIVE: MAY 1 C.
