ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. #2447 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />MIDDLETON <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence <br />the following described land: <br />(07-1 <br />District <br />Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Middleton, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 20; thence West <br />485.0 feet more or less; thence South along the East right-of-way line <br />of Schewe Road; 820.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 135.0 <br />feet; thence South 150.0 feet; thence West 135.0 feet; thence North <br />150.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
