ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. 2440, <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />CROSS PLAINS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains <br />amended to include in the RE -1 Recreational <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Cross Plains, described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 18; thence Easterly <br />along the North line of said Section 18, 330 feet, more or less, to the <br />West line of lands described in Volume 149 of records, page 289, Dane <br />County Register of Deeds Office and the point of beginning of this descrip- <br />tion; thence Southeasterly along said West line 1,475 feet, more or less, <br />to a point on the South line of said D1W 1/4 NW 1/4, 330 feet West of the <br />Southeast corner thereof; thence East 330 feet; thence North 270 feet; thence <br />S 85° W, 160 feet; thence N 30° W, 19J_ feet; thence N 70° E, 270 feet; thence <br />North 170 feet; thence West 220 feet; thence N 45° W, 300 feet; thence North <br />400 feet, more or less, to -the North line of said NW 1/4 101 1/4; thence West <br />575 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />This amendment shall be come effective, if within forty (40) days, following <br />adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the owner or owners of the <br />land shall record the following restrictions running in favor of Dane County <br />as well as the owners of the land: <br />The premises may be used only for an archery range. <br />EFFECTIVE: MAY 2 0 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
