ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2421 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />PLF__,ASANT SPRINGS <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of —Pleasant Springs be <br />amended to include in the Rx -1 Rural Homes District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the NW 1/4 SV 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Pleasant Springs, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 5; thence <br />Easterly along the East-West quarter line 306.5 feet thence S 03° <br />09' W, 418.0 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the East-West guarter <br />line 205.0 feet; thence S 03° 09' W, 294.1 feet to the Northeasterly <br />line of 1-90; thence N 65' 48' W along the Northeasterly right-of- <br />way line of I-90, 547.25 feet to the West line of said Section 5; <br />thence N 03° 09' E, 487.25 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: APR 12 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
