ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. # 2 4 5 6 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninq Districts i n the Town of <br />DUNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn <br />amended to include in the R-1 Residence <br />the following described land: <br />be <br />District <br />Part of Government Lot #l,of Section 9, Town of Dunn, described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #1 of the Plat of Crescent <br />Park; thence East 18.36 feet; thence N 26° E, 66.0 feet; thence N 78° <br />28' 04" W, 240.34 feet; thence continue N 78° 28' 04" W, 57.0 feet more <br />or less to the shoreline of Lake Waubesa; thence Southwesterly along said <br />shoreline 111.0 feet more or less; thence East 44.0 more or less to a <br />point 10.0 feet North of the Northwest corner of the North 1/2 of Lot #1 <br />of the Plat of Crescent Park; thence S 87° 22' 12" E, 217.83 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE : MAY 10 1,080 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
