ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0. #2463 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />SUN PRAIRIE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be <br />amended to include in the R -3A Residence District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SVj 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Sun Prairie, de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the 1,7est line of said Section 17 that is <br />162.30 feet Morth of the West quarter corner of said Section 17; thence <br />N 73° 29' E, 264.0 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of <br />said Section 17, 165.0 feet; thence S 73° 29' W, 264.0 feet to the West <br />line of said Section 17; thence South along said West line 165.0 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE- !UN 14 1980 <br />545-11 (2/78) <br />
